Sadly, I can't rate the hoody because I never received it. This is the second time I've ordered items that have been "held at Customs" entering the UK with no other explanation... then just disappear? I'm a regular and loyal customer and rate your products second to none with regards to quality but your delivery is shocking. Regrettably, this alone prevents me from recommending you to family and friends. It's a lot easier to go to a shop in the UK and purchase a similar item from your rivals

Compared to a previously purchased illusion hoodie in size M this is a poor fit. Sleeves too short, body length marginally too short, yet still a little baggy in the body. The material is a little thinner than I anticipated and the overall feel is of lesser quality than expected.

Only negative is that UPS have messed me around 3 times in a row now for 3 seperate orders.
I live in the UK and can't understand why they keep changing there delivery time slot?
