Based on the size guide in your table, I ordered a size that was too small, so we had to send the item back and exchange it for a larger one. I recommend choosing at least one size larger than usual. The sizes run very small.

The top fits very comfortably. I have an 85 E and integrated sports bra fits very comfortably. However, an additional sports bra for underneath is still necessary. But for extra support while jogging, the top is perfect
